Leire es licenciada en Administración y Dirección de Empresas por la Universidad de Deusto en Bilbao. Sus primeros pasos profesionales estuvieron vinculados al marketing analítico en el área de consultoría de CRM en Accenture. Después de 3 años, y tras participar en proyectos transversales con el departamento de TOP (Top and organization performance- HR), decidió a dar un giro a su carrera y orientarla a  la adecuada gestión del Talento.

Ha trabajado en el área de consultoría de Seeliger y Conde en donde llevó a cabo proyectos relacionados con transformaciones culturales, planes estratégicos de Recursos Humanos y Gestión del Talento y desarrollo (programas de altos potenciales, 360º e iniciativas de desarrollo – coaching, formación).

Ha trabajado tambien para Zurich Santander Insurance America en la oficina holding de Madrid como HR Business partner para una organizacion de mas de 540 empleados.  Su trabajo ha consistido en el alineamiento de  la gestión de personas a la consecución de los retos de negocio, estableciendo métricas de análisis (KPIS)
